Maritime Briefings – pre-conference seminar

This seminar is a day of sessions focused on doing business in the international Maritime Technology industry. The first half of the day will be split into two tracks, one for international companies and one for US companies.
The US company track will include sessions on the US Commercial Service Marine Technologies Team, the Export-Import Bank of the United States, the Defense Acquisition Challenge Program, and Mentor Protégé Relationships.
The international company track will include panels on Developing Business with the US Military, The Importance of Getting on a GSA Schedule, Foreign Comparative Testing, and other programs for non-U.S. companies.
The second half of the day will feature panels on SPAWAR & SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific, ITAR and EAR (realities for U.S. and non-U.S. companies alike) and the Naval Special Warfare Command, among others.
This seminar represents a great opportunity to learn about the maritime technology industry and to be introduced to the San Diego maritime technology cluster and visiting delegations from maritime technology clusters from Australia, Canada, France and New Zealand.
